From Love Box to Pratt Industries, the corner of 37th and Broadway was always humming with delivery trucks until Pratt Industries moved to its new building, which left the warehouses open to new owners. Cornejo Holdings saw more than just vacant warehouses; they saw a legacy that 37th could bring back to life.
ICT37 Industrial District consists of three warehouses that maintain large layouts for employers who need dock doors, heavy power, and easy highway access, while also encouraging upgrades (paving, dock refits, sprinkler systems) that protect long-term asset value and neighborhood safety.
