In 2013, Cornejo Holdings envisioned creating a premier industrial district in Wichita, Kansas. That vision became a reality with ICT21 — the city’s largest and most advanced Class A industrial development.
Our team applies comprehensive expertise to every development, covering all aspects from site acquisition and planning to redevelopment, permitting, construction, and leasing.
Multi-Family Development
In 2018, Cornejo Holdings invested in and designed Phase 1 of Uptown Landing, a 188-unit luxury apartment building with a first-floor parking garage, plus 18,000 square feet of office and retail space on East Douglas and Rutan. In 2024, Phase 2 of Uptown Landing was designed and built.
